Network Account Extension


  • Requests are to be filled out by Supervisors or Instructional Division Assistants (IDAs) only. Requests not filled out by a Supervisor or Instructional Division Assistant (IDAs) will not be processed.
  • Requests can be submitted up to two weeks before the account expires.
  • Contractor, Intern, and other Temp Hourly Accounts will expire every January 30th, and June 30th.
  • Student Assistant, and other Student Worker, Accounts will expire on the last day of the current semester (per the Academic Calendar). These accounts will also expire every June 30th, at which point new paperwork must be on file with Student Employment, and verified, prior to extending Student Worker Accounts.
  • All extended Accounts will require a password change upon approval of extension.
  • Submit a separate form for each/every individual user that you are requesting a Network Account Extension.


  • Please note: this form is not for requesting access, or changes, to Colleague.  For Colleague access, please fill out a Colleague Account Request form.

  • Managers and direct Supervisors
  • IDAs
  • Pre-approved individuals

How do I get it:

  • Submit an IT Service Request for a Cabrillo Network Account.

How much does it cost
