Colleague Account Request/Modification

Description:

  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO BUSINESS WEEKS FOR THE COMPLETION OF REQUESTS.
  • Requests are to be filled out by supervisors only. Requests not filled out by a supervisor will not be processed.
  • The supervisor will also be notified once the account has been created or modified. It's their responsibility to assure proper training takes place prior to the new employee working in Colleague.
  • Any user requesting access must have a pre-existing Cabrillo Network Account. For Network account requests, supervisors can fill out a Network Account Request form.

  • Managers and direct Supervisors
  • Pre-approved individuals
