• Etrieve Content is a content management solution that allows Cabrillo to digitally store and organize documents in a single location.  These documents can then be referenced by various employees to provide information to support them in their everyday tasks.
• Etrieve Central (Forms and Flow) allows students and employees to complete forms online, and then routes them through a pre-determined, automated workflow. Users can review, approve, deny, comment or re-route forms based on their needs. These forms, and their workflows, will usually result in action being taken on a student's or employee's records and then the form being archived in Etrieve Content.
