File Server Access Request

Description:

  • PLEASE ALLOW UP TO TWO WEEKS FOR THE COMPLETION OF REQUESTS.
  • Requests are to be filled out by Supervisors or Instructional Division Assistants (IDAs) only. Requests not filled out by a Supervisor or Instructional Division Assistant (IDAs) will not be processed. 
  • If you are requesting access to a File server area that is not under your direct management, then IT will need to request authorization from the appropriate manager(s) before granting that access.
  • Information Technology offers network file server access to full and part-time staff and faculty. Requests are processed weekly.
  • Submit a separate form for each/every individual user that you are requesting File Server Access.

Please note: This form is for requesting access to Cabrillo's on-premises file server - not for requesting access to cloud-based file storage, such as Google Drive/Docs, or Canvas.

  • Pre-approved individuals
