IT Project Request

Description:

• If you are looking to add networking to an office, update the technology in a classroom, or functionality to an existing solution, submit an IT Project Request.
• The IT Department will serve as the primary support organization to guide planning and refine requirements, but will often synchronize efforts with FPPO and will typically leverage audio/visual specialist contractors to install and replace televisions, projectors, screens, audio systems and related equipment.
• These installation costs, along with software licenses and any other costs associated with he project, are paid by the requesting organization and should be factored into any planning estimates. 
• Any projects must have Director/Dean/VP approval.
