A/V Event Equipment

Description:

• Cabrillo IT can supply a variety of A/V equipment for events, including:
  • Projector
  • Projector screen
  • Laptop
  • PA sound system
  • Owl system
  • Yeti microphone
• Event requests should be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance. Requests submitted without sufficient lead time may not be able to be fulfilled.
• Equipment may not be taken off campus.
• If event support is requested outside normal business hours, it will be subject to technician availability and incur charges to cover technician overtime.
• If you need a wireless network account for your event, you will need to submit a separate request here.
