WiFi / Wireless Network Support


Having trouble with the wireless network? Please submit a ticket if you are experiencing:

  • Poor wireless signal strength in a location
  • Dropped wireless connections
  • Problems with accessing the wireless network BUT NOT problems with your username or password.
  • Slow wireless performance on "secure-hawknet" or "hawknet"
  • Other wireless-related issues

If you are having trouble logging in to all IT systems with your username and password, please submit a Staff User Account Support Ticket.  

Requests for Wireless Accounts should be made under Other Account Types.
