How to reset your Cabrillo email password via Okta

1. Go to cabrillo.okta.com in a web browser


2. Click "Forgot password"
   


3. Enter your Cabrillo email address and click "Next"


4. Select "Phone"


5. Phone verification is the only valid option for resetting your password; other factors like Yubikey, Okta Verify, etc. will not work. 


6. Enter the code you receive and click "Verify"


7. Answer your security question
   


8. Set a new password for your account and sign in
