Okta Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution

• Okta is a hosted Identity and Access Management (IAM) Solution, which provides multiple services, including:
  • SSO: Provides a Single Sign-On (SSO) experience for Cabrillo applications/solutions that have been integrated. (Similar to "ADFS", Cabrillo's other SSO solution.)
  • Password Reset: Enables users to reset their Cabrillo account password.
  • Access: Provides a one-stop "Dashboard" location for centralized access to Bookmarks/Links to many of Cabrillo's supported solutions - Google Email / Workspace, Office 365, TeamDynamix (IT Support Tickets), and more.

How to Login to Okta

1. Navigate to the Cabrillo College Okta Sign In Page: https://cabrillo.okta.com/
2. Enter your Cabrillo Email and associated Password - (Staff/Faculty: username@cabrillo.edu // Students: colleagueID@student.cabrillo.edu )
3. Click "Sign In" and you will be redirected to your Okta Dashboard.
