Zoom - Mask Participant Telephone Numbers

Introduction

Zoom enables meeting participants to connect to meeting audio by calling in using a telephone. A meeting host has the ability to mask telephone number, preserving caller privacy.

How to Mask Participant Telephone Numbers

1. Sign in to your Zoom account at zoom.us
2. Click My Account in the upper-right corner
3. Click Settings in the left-hand menu bar
4. Click the Telephone tab
5. Scroll to Mask phone number in the participant list and click the button to the right. The button will turn blue to indicate that numbers will be masked
