AV Event Setup

Description:

  • Cabrillo IT can support a variety of AV functions for events, including providing:
    • Projectors
    • Screens
    • Laptops
    • PA sound systems
    • General tech support
       
  • Event support only applies to on-campus events.  Equipment may not be taken off campus.
  • Event requests must be submitted at least 10 business days in advance.  Events submitted without sufficient lead time may be rejected.

Who can request it:

  • IT Staff
  • Faculty
  • Staff

How do I get it:

  • Submit an IT Service Request for AV Event Support.

How much does it cost:

  • No cost during normal business hours.  Events starting or ending outside normal business hours will incur charges to cover technician overtime.
