Secure Wireless Network Access (Secure Hawknet)

Having trouble with the wireless network? Please submit a ticket if you are experiencing:

  • Poor wireless signal strength in a location
  • Dropped wireless connections
  • Problems with accessing the wireless network BUT NOT problems with your username or password.
  • Slow wireless performance on "XXXXXXX" or “XXXXXX”
  • Other wireless-related issues

If you are having trouble with your username and password, please go back and submit an “Accounts/Access” support ticket.  Minimal device support is provided for Secure Hawknet.

Requests for Wireless Accounts should be made under Other Account Types.

Available To:
Faculty, staff and students can request this service.  IT provides support to staff and faculty.
