To request access for the VPN, please complete and submit the Cabrillo VPN Access Request Form so we can initiate a security assessment of your Cabrillo-managed computers. Note: Cabrillo VPN can ONLY be utilized on Cabrillo-managed devices.
Once you have filled out the form, you will receive an email with further information on the next steps of the security assessment. Security assessments will need to be performed on ALL Cabrillo-managed devices that are assigned to you. Please plan to bring any devices that you have at home to campus so they can be connected to the wired Cabrillo network during the security assessment.
IMPORTANT: Completion of the Cabrillo College Cybersecurity Awareness Training is required to be provided with VPN access. If you have not done so already, you must complete your Cybersecurity Awareness Training prior to your security assessment being performed. Instructions for accessing the training are as follows:

Login to Okta, here: https://cabrillo.okta.com

From the Okta dashboard, click the SAP Litmos widget.

Click "Content Library" on the left side of the page.

Click "Cabrillo's Cybersecurity Awareness Training" to view the list of available training modules.
(NOTE: A green check mark will be displayed next to each completed module. You must complete all modules in the course.)
NOTE: For Classified Staff, Confidential Staff, and Managers, a current teleworking agreement is required to maintain VPN access. If you do not have a current teleworking agreement, you can fill out the Cabrillo Teleworking Agreement form in Etrieve. The telework agreement is not required for the initial VPN security assessment, but will be required in the future. Telework agreements are not required for faculty, short-term employees, and student assistants.
